What is Camiouna?
Camiouna connects individuals and businesses needing goods transport with independent transporters in Algeria. Transporters provide the service themselves; Camiouna is not a transport operator or employer.
Is it free to post a request?
Yes. Creating and publishing a transport request is free for the requester.
Who sets the transport price, and how is it paid?
Each transporter sets the price in their offer. You choose whether to accept it. Payment for the transport is arranged directly between the two parties, outside Camiouna.
What does a verification badge mean?
A verification badge means Camiouna has reviewed the transporter’s documents under its process. It is not an official certification or a guarantee of reliability, safety, or service quality. Transporters without the badge may also make offers.
What kinds of transport requests can I post?
For example: furniture and appliances, small moves, merchandise, building materials, water delivery, waste and debris, septic tank pump-out, refrigerated transport, vehicle transport or towing, livestock. Camiouna focuses on everyday transport, not passenger transport or heavy industrial logistics.
Can I create a request without installing the app?
Yes. From launch day, you will be able to create a request in your browser without installing the Android app. The Android app will offer more ways to manage requests, offers, and transport activity.
How much does Camiouna cost?
Posting a request is free. Camiouna doesn't handle the transport payment: you settle it directly with the transporter. Transporters pay a service fee of 5% of what they earn through Camiouna, due once they reach 20,000 DA. No subscription.
Do I need to know which vehicle to choose?
No. Describe what you need transported and add any useful details or photos. Interested transporters can decide whether their vehicle is suitable and make an offer.
